How I Survive Against Diabaties
My journey into the world of diabetes prevention began with the painful experience of watching my father struggle with the disease. Motivated by his plight, I plunged into researching diabetes. I learned about its causes, including the role of diet and lifestyle in managing or even reversing the condition. Determined to avoid
my father’s fate, I restructured my diet completely, eliminating harmful foods and focusing on nutrient-rich extracts. I also embarked on a 30-day juice fast, using a mix of fruits and
vegetables, which was part of a broader strategy to detoxify my body and reset my metabolic processes.
However, adopting these changes was far from easy. The path to recovery when your body has been compromised is often fraught with discomfort and challenges. There are no shortcuts, and the journey often involves significant lifestyle adjustments. I was driven by the knowledge of what diabetes could do if left unchecked. The disease could systematically strip away one’s
independence, damage vital organs and lead to severe complications like kidney failure and blindness.
In my research, I also uncovered the dire consequences of diabetes medications. While these drugs are crucial for managing the condition, they can have their own severe side effects, including heart problems, liver damage, and an increased risk of other diseases. The medications often work by forcing the pancreas to produce more insulin or by influencing the body’s sensitivity to insulin, which can sometimes push the body’s systems into overdrive, leading to additional health issues over time. I achieved remarkable results with rigorous discipline and a comprehensive approach to health.
My insulin resistance was reversed, and within months, my A1C level dropped from nearly 15 to a much healthier 6.2. My daily glucose readings are now consistently below 100, and I am free from reliance on medications.

Juice fasting is reducing your daily food intake to just fruits and vegetables. You will consume only juice of green leafy vegetables and fruits. You can also consume the fruits and vegetables as raw salads, stir fry, or simple soup. If you can do this for 7 to 30 days, the following will happen. You will:

- Lose weight – It can help reduce calorie intake and promote fat burning.
- Create autophagy – Autophagy is a natural cellular process where cells break down and recycle their components. This process helps remove damaged or dysfunctional cellular structures, allowing for the renewal of cells and maintaining cellular health. During autophagy, cells form a membrane around unwanted components, creating an autophagosome. This structure then fuses with a lysosome, where enzymes degrade the contents. Autophagy protects against diseases, supports metabolic functions, and promotes longevity by ensuring cellular cleanup and renewal.
- Reverse Degenerate Diseases—Fasting offers several potential health benefits, including heart health and lowering risk factors like blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglycerides. Types of diabetes
Type 1:

Gestational diabetes is high blood sugar during pregnancy. Insulin-blocking hormones produced by the placenta cause this type of diabetes.
Symptoms of diabetes
Diabetes symptoms are caused by rising blood sugar.
The symptoms of type 1, type 2, and type 1.5 (LADA) are the same, but they occur in a shorter period than types 2 and 1.5. In type 2, the onset tends to be slower. Tingling nerves and slow-healing sores are more common in type 2.
