How to use Miss Evie Teas Protocols
Sickness can take your life or, worse, take your freedom. The body you were born in needs 90 nutrients daily to keep it healthy; unfortunately, we can never accomplish this task, so sickness is the result. If you are already sick and need to reverse your condition, then you must decide to complete a 30 to 60-day therapy. You must alter your meals to give your body time to heal itself. Our protocols are not medicines but consist of food that you are not consuming to give your body the raw materials to repair itself. How much you use will depend on your personal needs. Our Protocols are made from easily absorbable plant extracts, vitamins, and micronutrients that can be used as needed.
For starters, commit yourself to a minimum of 30 days to give your body time to heal. You must create a green smoothie with one, two, or three teaspoons of the protocol as the body needs to start the repair. Fresh fruits and vegetables must be used as these provide live plant nutrients to your body. Do this three times a day for 30 to 60 days as needed. During this period, eat no processed foods, as these foods fuel your health problems. If you are a meat eater, your daily meal consists of many fruits, vegetables, and meat. Avoid eating food made from seeds, like bread and other baked goods, rice, grains, and nuts. Substitute your carbohydrate intake with oils from olives and avocados.
The second way to use our protocols is to add one, two, or three teaspoons of the powder to every meal. Just sprinkle it right on your food as you eat. You can add powder to your salad dressings, dips, and other condiments. You can also mix it with apple sauce and other sauces as you eat it.
The third way is to turn your powder into a liquid and add it to your favorite drink. Put one cup of distilled water into your blender, add eight tablespoons of protocol, and blend until dissolved, then add two tablespoons of the liquid to your favorite drink.
